Hello people!
This is the new web site of our international hiking group based in Munich. Originally an idea of Myles, who started off in April 2007 with a hike to Kramerspitze near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this has become a regular meeting of people from all over the world. Myles is now heading to Toulouse in France and so we're taking over the organizing.
Our main business is obviously hiking. During the past year, we went on quite a few trips - mostly day hikes. You don't have to be an experienced walker to join our trips, on every tour there are always people who are new to hiking. But be aware that you are responsible for your own safety and should know your own abilities. Before you join one of our tours, please refer to the "General Info and Safety" section. Suggestions for a trip are very welcome.
It is not all about hiking though, and we have an active social side to our group as well. There are regular pub evenings at various locations around Munich about once a month.
